  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Prefer the studying side of the programme to the actual job itself

    5/10

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • No one ever really knows what is happening with the programme and neither do Team Leaders, it is sometimes hard to get information on the apprenticeship, and help with questions as We only have very little time to complete a very large work load which can only be done at work and not at home.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Direct Line to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • The pay is very good for an apprenticeship with a guaranteed job at the end which is very rare from what I have researched when I was first applying for apprenticeships

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Direct Line?
  • Make sure you are mentally ready for the difficult customers plus the little studying time. It can sometimes be overwhelming but if you prepare and come in to work with a positive attitude it won't bring your mood down too much!
