  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My induction was very informative and i felt confident in knowing what was expected from me in store and head office. My line manager has helped me look into what things i may need support on so that i can develop my skills. In HR we have monthly meetings where we all get together so that we all know what each other are doing and can support when needed. I feel my programme is very well organised and i have a big support network so that if i had any concerns i would be able to comfortably discuss my issues.

  • 9. Would you recommend Boots to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • It's a great company to work for and there are many great opportunites. All the employees are very welcoming and supportive and are always willing to help when needed.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Boots?
  • The advice i would give it to put your best efforts into the application process as this is the first thing that is seen. For the interviews you need to be yourself as this is what the assessors want to see. The assesment centres are not as daunting as they seem they are there to make sure the right canditates are selected so try not to let your nerves get the better of you and take the opportunity to shine.
