For a few months of the year we spend time at university. For the rest of the year we are at placements which are around the BBC and depending on where you are will depend on what you do day to day.
Learn a lot of new skills all the time, and everyone is there for you to help develop these skills.
It's so much fun, everyone is super nice, you get to participate in some amazing activites that most people don't see.
The people who run the course are great and plan everything out perfectly.
They go above and beyond to help you, whether you're at uni or at work.
A reasonable amount, they help a lot and try and support you as much as possible.
It teaches the basics about what you need to know, and then you learn more specifics on the job. Sometimes I wish we were taught more before the first placement.
There are events going on every so often that you can be involed with, there are some clubs that you can join but not loads.
Yes
Because it is fun and super interesting and you learn loads.
Be yourself, what you already know doesn't matter too much because they can teach that all to you, so don't worry that you don't know anything about it previously.
