Helping with testing on eAudit, speaking to the client and having to understand new topics with new clients
Developed new social skills as I have to be able to contact clients in person and over the phone, this is both new to me and therefore can often be challenging
I enjoy the programme as I am in the same department for the whole period so I get to understand my role well and meet a wide variety of staff and clients
I think my program is usually well structured with exams in place, however due to coronavirus it is now unclear and has potentially changed my course length
I receive a lot of support from my employer and I am able to contact my PL about any issues, I find this to be important to me and helps me to feel supported
The training provider is great as the staff often send out reminders or tips for the exams and make sure you understand the material and if you want to discuss anything with them they are happy for you to call and discuss any issues
My qualification makes my day to day work make more sense and I can often see my exams and my work being related
There is a social committee, where we meet have drinks and be social currently we are doing virtual quizzes and games within our teams. We also have a marathon and running thing and a well-being team that send out inspirational emails weekly

The atmosphere is very inclusive and you settle in quickly, no one minds if you ask a silly question and people often take their time to explain issues or why something is done in a specific way
Be yourself and make sure that you learn about the company so you can align your own values with theirs to see if you fit
