  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • So my first rotation started in the Employee Lifecycle Team within HR. On a day to day basis, I do lots of admin duties, I work on invoices and at the moment I am currently handling many holiday balance queries! I do lots of references and have to post many letters on a day to day basis.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Our programme is very well structured so from the beginning we are given a learning plan and this helps us keep an eye on dates and things we have to complete by a certain date for example. They make it very easy too understand and work through. They also give you a list at the beginning with all your key contacts!

  • I receive lots of support from my training provider! Ours is BPP and they have been absolutely amazing! My trainer specifically has been so kind, she is always so helpful and supportive and gives very detailed feedback which is so useful! BPP also really take into account mental health etc, which is very important.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It really does help me personally as I have learnt so much from them, it really plays a massive part in my role! I have also learnt so many things that just help play a part in normal day life. This apprenticeship has been a life changing experience for me and given me a chance to do well and get somewhere without having to go university!
