  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is structured well, to begin with we had introductory sessions to all other apprentices and our teams. Training is provided in house by an external training provider for our CII study. They allow allocated time for study and can fit this around the work schedule. I now have a mentor who can also offer me advice and support throughout my journey at Willis.

  • Everything that I learn in my apprenticeship qualification is relevant to the job that I do, obviously some areas more than others. I feel that moving forward this will continue to be the case also. I feel like I have a more in depth understanding of my job role due to bettering my knowledge in the CII workshops.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are often many different events that people can attend. Young professional events are an opportunity for a young professional to develop skills and also demonstrate skills that they may have.
