  • 100% enjoy the Degree Apprenticeship, it has enabled me to gain invaluable technical knowledge to further my career prospects and take on more challenging work within my current role.

  • Excellent structure. All course content and materials are delivered by excellent tutors across the programme. Support and guidance is always available.

  • Support is available when required.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • MMU provide a huge amount of support and guidance to ensure all students have the right material, direction and ability to progress and achieve the qualification.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I am able to complete my role much better now having a broader knowledge of Digital and Technology solutions. My technical understanding is much better to allow me to understand material/situation/documentation/environments etc..... enabling me to work faster, smarter and challenge appropriately.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Occasionally there are team events. There is a gym on site. There are weekly walks, time-out organised, for all to join in with as required.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Mainly because of how they invest in their work force and offer a opportunities to everyone. They have direction and provide adequate information to everyone to enable you to go on that journey with them. You can develop in role and there is ample opportunity to progress or change role.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lloyds Banking Group?
  • Lots of opportunities available if you want to join a company that invests in you and allows you to continuously grow and develop.
