  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My Tudor [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] was amazing, he helped and supported me through the whole course. He gave me the course structure and goals at the start which are set out very clear. [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] then allocated me goals each month to complete work booklets and to gather information for my project.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • 100% [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] my Tudor is spot on. I was able to text, call or email him at any time as I work nightshift and as soon as he got my message he would respond asap. We had monthly one to one meetings where he came and visited the centre, this would be late at night due to me working nightshift which I respect his dedication and support. We also had phone meetings in between to make sure I was on track

  • 9a. Would you recommend intu to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • We have a good bunch of people who work here. We also get a fair wage for the work we do. Intu pays the staff which are on the lowest rates of pay above the NMW which shows that they appreciate the staff and want to keep them. The management is always happy to help the staff

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to intu?
  • Be a positive person and show a happy attitude. Intu like people who are willing to go the extra mile for the customers, to the point where you would help them with bags of shopping to the car, its things like this which shows world class service to our customers
