Copywriter Review

I write and design copy for a chatbot. We work in a 6 week cycle and implement the actual design into the bot through a vendor system utilising code knowledge as well.

Not yet, the programme started in January but we haven't been taught anything yet.

I hope it will help as we are very project oriented and this is what the apprenticeship is about but I can't say for sure until it has actually started.

There are lots of networking opportunities and there is always activities going on in the background. We are also a very close knit team so do socialise outside of work quite often.

Good benefits, generally a positive place to work. It is not without it's faults but what workplace isn't. Generally the teams I've worked on here are great and the leadership is very supportive of any development opportunities.

Be prepared for whatever role you are applying for. When I first came aboard HSBC it was in a role that I really didn't enjoy and it made it a more negative first expression than it could have been.
