  • Complete mortgage and protection applications for customer looking to move house, buying houses and releasing funds.

  • Yes, completed R02 and learning R03, to help to pass on opportunities. Also completed workshop on team work, and how to work well as a team and work to each others strengths.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Good so far. I am looking forward to having the Diploma under my belt.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It took a long time to get the R03 material through, I would have liked to have started it at the beginning on January, rather than the end. Also the team work workshop information was not cascaded well, there was confusion on when the start and end was, we only had 20 mins for lunch, and weren't told that we could have brought our own. Some people travelled a long way, so this information would have been useful.

  • My employer is very supportive, I receive the 20% apprenticeship time a week.

  • I have received all the training materials now.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • In my current role, it is broadening my understanding for when I have self-employed customers for their mortgage applications.

  • At the moment, my focus is studying in the evenings.
