  • I have learnt valuable communication skills along with skills regarding time management and different regulations within financial services

  • A lot

  • It is a very good structure in place that is easy to follow and also to make sure that we are on track each month

  • We receive time off the phone every week to complete our tasks along with any additional support we may need from our managers

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • We have a monthly meeting with our talent coach to make sure we are understanding everything and also to discuss anything that we may need help with

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It gives us a great insight into the different regulations around our role and what we can do to make the customer journey as good as possible whilst also making sure we are adhering to the regulations

  • Yes there are different activities that you can get involved in along with different groups such as walking and cycling. There is also a range of networking activities that take place in the atrium for us to be able to speak with different areas of the business

  • Yes

  • The opportunities within the business to progress are great and the worth ethics are also second to non. They support you no matter what journey you decide to take and there are different qualifications that will support you in this.

  • Go in with an open mind and also have a plan as to what you would like to do
