  • Working within testing department, we ensure the success of a projects outcome. Using test management tools to make sure that clients achieve their goals.

  • Working with a variety of clients exposes you to different practises, widening knowledge and experience. This helps build confidence in a professional manner. Attending ASA college has increase my technical skills

  • I am enjoying my experience, exposing me to the professional environment with a sense of responsibility and trust.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It has a very good structure. I consists of 6 weeks in the workplace and then one week at the college where we learn a module and spend time on our coursework

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • There is a lot of support available. Before your first day you are assigned a buddy to help with any pre-joining queries and then when you join you're assigned a more experienced person of contact who you have quarterly reviews with

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • At the college we are taught the module where we spend time in workshops and exams and are given a deadline for our coursework.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • At college we are taught a variety of modules but in work it is very specific so academically my role hasn't been covered, however at college we are given classes which includes advice for the working environment with our skills coach

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There is a lot to get involved in, this includes social nights with small team to the whole cohort of which an apprentice can help organise. There is also a gym on site and opportunity to play sport. In January was wellness month with the opportunity to do yoga at the british history museum under the dinosaur

  • It is company that gives you the chance to work across a lot of industries with senior clients.
