As an Associate Nurse Apprentice, my role is to contribute to the promotion of health, health protection and the prevention of ill health. To adhere to NMC code of conduct and to work along side the Registered Nurses to deliver high quality care needs to patients.
I have learnt new skills and still developing existing skills, my theory has improved my practice with patients, colleagues and other professionals.
I am enjoying the programme, developing my career has always been my key point in life, when this opportunity surfaced I grabbed it with both hands, I will utilize every moment to put into practice what I am been taught at the University.
This is a tricky question, but yes there were some moments of darker clouds, as well as a silver lining. All in all my hopes were and still high nothing will stand in my way to complete and pass my course.
My employers have been the best thing that has happened to me, every corner I turn I will find someone to pick me up and carry me by the hand. I think that explains how luck I am to be on my trust.
My support from the training is fine they provide all the necessary learning resources and links useful to revise and keep on track with my studies.
I feel very confident that my qualification will better my role into practice with patients, colleagues and other professionals.
Apparently not that I know, but if there will be time in future I will not hesitate to engage. For now I normally like attending forums organised across the Trust.
