  • Im given lots of problems to solve. I interact well with my team and am asked to liaise with external clients. I am responsible for ensure my set project is completed on time

  • Im on my way to earning a degree. I have learnt to work as part of a team an use my own initiative. I have progressed to a professional working environment very well

  • I like working as part of a team and get on well with my peers. The company culture is one of reliability and honesty together with a can do approach to work.

  • My programme is well structured and ensures I'm gaining valuable experience in many different fields

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive good support from my Manager who is always there to help with any problems I may have. It's good to know I have a mentor who I can also turn to should the need arise. I have a great feeling of support from my team as a whole

  • I receive ok support from my tutor and a satisfied with the general guidance I get.

  • It's good to see how my learning helps me in my daily working. I do feel as if I know more about the work required from me through having this qualification

  • There are buy I work long hours so don't have much time to spare for activities as I'm too tired at the end of a busy working day
