College classes 4 days a week, 1 day a week in office attending meetings and completing college work, general admin help.
Electrical skills learnt in college, plus enhanced time management to make sure all assignments are completed in a timely manner
Enjoy learning and being around a team.
Took a while to find out what I was doing, and occasional changes to rooms haven't been communicated (or at least I haven't been told how to find out about these changes). Otherwise it is well organised.
Full support from employer to proceed with college work when required.
Feel very supported by the training provider, at no point have I felt like I didn't know what I was doing.
