Sooo much! I started as a graduate so had next to no life skills, now im a manager and very technical at what i do! Lots of leadership courses. Lots of internal training.

Its a break from the normal workload and challenges my intellect rather than my leadership skills. Promises a good future in finance after chartered standard is achieved. I feel I could get more support in the day to day, but understand the challenge due to my responsibility to my team.

Outside of RSA, Kaplan are very organised and I feel like I understand where I am at all times. I receive invites and updates at every point. I would like a bit more involvement from RSA's side as I sometimes struggle to balance my time.

Financially, I recieve everything I need. I wish I would be able to get a work laptop so I could work and revise from the same point. I also wish I had more time and didnt feel guilty when stepping away from the team.

So much, they offer help at every level. They require a lot of extra work which is sometimes a bit much but otherwise it is very good.

It helps me make decisions when required and understand the inner workings of the company.

With work I do very little as I have a jampacked social life too. I am an assistant manager of a open age football team and have lots of friends around the country that I travel to see.
