  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Its a break from the normal workload and challenges my intellect rather than my leadership skills. Promises a good future in finance after chartered standard is achieved. I feel I could get more support in the day to day, but understand the challenge due to my responsibility to my team.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Outside of RSA, Kaplan are very organised and I feel like I understand where I am at all times. I receive invites and updates at every point. I would like a bit more involvement from RSA's side as I sometimes struggle to balance my time.
