Speak with retailer and customer network looking to resolve issues sort finance and ensuring to follow the fca principles.
I have learnt how to work by myself, part of a team. I now understand the FCA principles, I have learnt how to carry out more than one task at once and to manage stakeholder engagement
I enjoy the fact that we get to move around however when I started I expected to role to be a bit different, the jobs roles are low skill and I would rather do stuff that us more engaging and has more transferable skills to move to other roles in the future
I feel the programme is structured well and it is organised so that we see lots of the customer operations areas.
We receive coaching support within the roles we do, we have an escalation point from the external providers which helps us to get our work chased. I feel like we could have more help with further qualifications to help develop more.
I feel the support from the training provider was minimal, I worked independently and chased a lot of my feedback, I felt like I had to figure out my own work to do at points, I also feel that there work was easy to do and could have provided a harder course
I feel the qualification through the provider hasn't helped as much with my role as it was more reflection on what I have done. The LIBF qualification however was good as it helped to build regulation and industry understanding.
We sometimes have careers fairs and I am also involved with a school mentoring programme which is good as it has helped me to build some experience that I would not have before
