  • I often help with payments and other general admin but also contribute towards the maintenance of sub contractors as well as raising and helping with early warnings and compensation events.

  • my communication and confidence are two skills I have built on the most, as well as my knowledge of the construction industry and my familiarity with a lot of computer softwares such as Excel and BimXtra

  • I enjoy my programme mostly

  • it is well structured and well organised although sometimes many plans do either slip under the radar or are forgotten about.

  • I receive a lot of support from my employer when and where I request it.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • initially the support was very poor, but as the apprenticeship went on and we were given a new tutor the structure became more clear and sufficient.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel the understanding of engineering does help me understand my role as often many principles applied in engineering are relevant in a lot of pricing.

  • There are often events organised by the stakeholder team to do things outside of work and also inside of work.
