  • This is a rotational graduate scheme, spending 9 months in the HR Shared Services, 1 year in a Centre of Excellence and 1.5 years as an assistant HR Business Partner. Currently, I sit within the Rewards and Benefits CoE and primarily focus on benefit communications.

  • I have really enjoyed my programme and have felt listened to when feedback has been shared. Any feedback shared has been acted upon.

  • The programme is structured well, giving us a breadth of experience throughout HR facets.

  • I receive frequent support from my employer, especially my line manager. I know any feedback I share will be acted upon.

  • I receive a fair amount of support from my training provider

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Currently I would not say it helps in my day to day role as i'm in a specialist role which the qualification has yet to cover, however I do believe that it has supported the development of my soft skills.
