  • Recruitment of apprentices and graduates on to Kier's emerging talent programmes.

  • Developed a lot of new leadership and management skills during my time on the course, and ben able to use them practically in my day-to-day life.

  • I enjoyed learning, some of the coursework was a little tedious to complete and managing my time to get the work done was difficult during busy periods.

  • Very well structured, bespoke system with all details and lots of information provided.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Plenty of support, dedicated time given to my apprenticeship.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Lots of support from training provider, bi-weekly calls with development coach to track progress and discuss learnings. And also monthly workshops.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The skills learnt are definitely linked to my day to day work, I have been able to adapt my style and use new learnings during my role.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are employee networks to join, but there are not many social opportunities outside of work. The occasional after work meal/drink but mainly at Christmas - difficult as majority of team work remotely.
