  • i like talking about the store to my trainer and talking about the progression we are making.

  • we see each other monthly and recap on everything which we talked about in the previous session

  • if i have any trouble completing something on lifetime, she helps me understand and shows me what to do

  • she emails me frequently about the tasks that i need to complete and if i have any trouble with it, she helps me in the session so i can get more understanding

  • i like talking about my job role an how i work on a daily basis, so when i get back to work i feel motivated to do my job well and i like to give myself goals

  • we do a charity yearly where we raise money for dementia and we can do activities to raise money as a team

  • iceland offers a lot of oppertunities to people who would like to progress in the future, they always have a good team who help each other out and deliver a good store.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Iceland?
  • sometimes retail can be tough, but there are always people to help and guide you.
