  • I attempt to deliver the best possible customer service, while promoting our latest promotional offers and completing and meeting requirements, like process jobs, maintaining stands and being approachable and friendly.

  • The programme has really boosted my confidence and helped me come out of my shell both in and outside of the workplace

  • I am given set task each day and organise it in a way that all deadlines are met.

  • I receive a lot of support from my colleagues on an everyday basis, which helps encourage me to do my best. And I know if I have any questions, they can easily be answered by the help of my team.

  • Each visit I receive verbal feedback and I’m able to improve each week with the help of my assisor

  • My qualification allows me to understand the organisations basic rules, rights and expectations, giving me an understanding of how to behave and progress while working. This then gives customers the best possible trip to our stores, as I am then able to meet their needs.

  • As it’s an amazing environment to work in and educates you on the expectations and policies on the business. It’s also i great way to boost your confidence and learn so many new things, while delivering good service and keeping customers satisfied.

  • To be open minded and positive on your journey through the company, to also treat everyone with respect and allow your confidence to break through.
