  • 9a. Would you recommend NatWest to a friend?
  • No

  • 9b. Why?
  • there isn't much job security, as RBS are trying to automate a lot of processes meaning they will be aiming to have less staff in the future, something which I don't really agree with as we all work very hard for the bank, but it is the way a lot of business are trying to go.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest?
  • hard to say as I don't really agree with the recruitment process that RBS use as I firstly came as a temp I had to wait for over a year before the role I am currently on became available, the main thing I would say is to practise competency questions and your role playing skills.
