I am in charge of assisting the production manager and production coordinator.
I have learnt many new skills including teamwork and skills in programmes like silvermouse.
I enjoy it a reasonable amount but sometimes it is slightly slow sometimes but it comes with the role and team. It is really great working with experienced people and learning from them.
My programme is extremely structured/ organised. The team are highly invested in making it the best they can be but they are still able to keep the busy-ness stress free and will still have a good time.
I receive a decent amount of support and they are all helpful but sometimes it's hard to keep up with the work they give you/they do as they are so experienced.
My training providers do help a lot and help us to work towards that end goal but the training provider do not always cater to the needs that our workplace may want us to know.
The training we get given is helpful and we learn a lot but in terms of our own roles it does not fit the criteria that we need in order to be able to work well in our roles.
I attend social activities with my team and other apprentices.
Yes
It's a great environment to work in and you will meet many incredible people.
Make sure you have the passion to want to learn.
