  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme was extremely well organised and structured. Things were very easily outlined for me to follow and pursue. I felt that the support I got from trainer [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] was amazing. The way they changed it so I didn't have to all my assessments as written assessments and did these and verbal discussions instead meant I had more time to complete it as I could do these in 20 minute phone calls around work and my kids.

  • My employer was extremely supportive in this with me. He helped me with anything that was unsure off. he also helped me to understand things in a way that I would as apposed to the way that it laid out by my trainer, which made it more possible for me to complete on a quicker time scale.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] was amazing and extremely supportive throughout. She would ring at convenient times and rearrange appointments if and when necessary. Her attitude toward helping my gain qualification was tremendous. I struggled with my maths exam after been diagnosed with a chronic illness that affects memory, so she sat with me and helped to write out a list of what terms meant what and how I could solve these before resitting my exam making it possible for me to remember how to do the equations.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel it has helped me to gain a broader perspective on what actually needs to be done and the reasons for the things we do and the way that we do them and why. It has me to perform better as I am more understanding of how the business works.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are no extra curricular activities per say. We do little things in house every now and again to promote a healthy and well bonded team. We also do a lot for Macmillan as a company where everyone can get involved. We host a ball in June and every May and September we do Macmillan months. We do activities in house as a team to raise money for Macmillan. We also do a big event that anyone within brand can join. This year they are cycling from London to Amsterdam.
