My role is a hub submission manager in the EU region. I create dossier (a huge document) that will get submitted to a health authority to help get drugs to patients. Another part of my role is dealing with different types of data for the company and analysing it to help improve functions.
Since my apprenticeship have started I have learnt so many new skills and even basic skills I thought I had. Skills like using outlook, there so many new function I have learnt just in my emails. Communication is a huge skill I have learnt, different way to use communication I have also learnt.
My company I work for make the programme very enjoyable, my course is hard however it is nice that I can link in my day to day project management work with my university course which I enjoy doing. I have really enjoyed the whole apprenticeship and the course, looking forward to carry it on.
My course is structure very well, it is quite flexible with what/when I study certain subjects - they like to link things with my work. As its distance learning it is quite hard to understand certain things however the way they help us and structure the programme all helps with the understanding.
My employer is very supportive for my apprentice. I am the first apprentice in this department and they are amazing with the amount I support I received. My employer always makes sure I get my weekly 20% distance learning for my course, and is very open to questions or if I need any help.
My employer is very supportive for my apprentice. I am the first apprentice in this department and they are amazing with the amount I support I received. My employer is very supportive for my apprentice. I find my qualification and my university course links in very well and this is helping complete my university course. its very helpful that it all links in because this makes it easier to complete coursework because I have the real life experiences.
Pfizer are very good with the extra curricular activities, they have apprenticeship network meeting monthly, with those meeting social activities gets organise outside of work. There also so many opportunity to network inside Pfizer and they are so welcoming to go to these events. It made me feel very at ease when I first started.
