    • At the moment it involves a lot of training to get used to the policies and behaviours of the company. I have various meetings with various people from different departments in which I learn some of the many aspects that contribute to the mission of the company.

    • Many Interpersonal skills, as well as a basis of chemical manufacturing on a large scale

    • To a large extent. This is a place driven to supporting the talent they see in apprentices. They do a great job of offering many different experiences which boost our learning.

    • Very well organised, my calendar is very busy.

    • They are always at the ready to answer any queries I might have, sometimes I don't use them as there are so many different people to get help from.

    • Enough, although I just started my university.

    • I feel it would give me a greater understanding of the whole department I am currently working in.

    • There are many social activities, of which I have attended all so far.

    • Research the work Pfizer do, this is a high value company so you can't give anything less than 100% commitment.
