  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I am a part of the marketing team for a specific product at Pfizer. I have set projects I am involved with, for example, creating a congress strategy, increasing e-permissions, creating patient/doctor videos, so a lot of my work involves working with stakeholders, such as agencies (who produce the content for us, whether it's a congress stand or a printed booklet), the field team (we gather insights from them to inform our marketing activities), and the medical team (they review all our materials and approve them before they are distributed to check everything is compliant.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Apprenticeships at Pfizer are really flexible. I can choose when I want to take my 20% off the job (OTJ) time for studying. Sometimes I may choose to spend 1 full day studying, or sometimes I might split up my time throughout the week.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive a lot of support from my tutor from Cambridge Marketing College with my work. I used to struggle with juggling my time and understanding marketing as I have never learnt about marketing, but my tutor is super helpful when I ask questions and responds very quickly.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Pfizer?
