  • Generally, my programmed is well structured. from Pfizer, the employers side - they provide me with everything I need and more, supporting my learning and development. Cogent do a good job at managing the programme and supporting our growth as learners. The only downside is that my education provider 'GK Apprenticeships' have caused some issues in the programme

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Inconsistent amounts of support have been provided from my training provider. sometimes they have been very helpful and supported me with my learning, however there have been numerous times when they have not and this has made it hard to progress in my course. I would say this is the only area in which I have not received the support that I would of expected
