  • • Managing my department to achieve daily targets set • Develop the teams skills and encourage cross pollination of specialist areas to ensure multi-tasking Managing quality and processes within the warehouse to create a reduction in stock loss or increase productivity within the contract • Conducting disciplinary and accident investigations • Checking costs within the department on a daily basis to ensure we are as efficient as possible
