  • 4. How valued do you feel by Pfizer?
  • I feel as valued as any member of full time staff. You are treated no different to any memeber of staff, which makes you forget sometimes that you are an apprentice. Feedback is received from managers, other team members and supervisors and they will always give you recognition for the work that you have completed and/or conducting.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • Support from the training provider is excellent as any question or problme you may be having, you can ask anyone and they will either try their best to help you and or send you in the direction of somebody who will be able to answer the question better than they can. Tutor support is also very good as you can email tutors questions and problems and they will get back to you within a couple of days.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • I feel that the salary recieved is fair fair for our age and the level that we come in at. ON the higher apprenticeship this salary increases as our level of learning and knowledge increases which is fair. It is more than enough for living on and travel can be claimed back on expense.
