Engineering Technician Apprentice, Currently working as part of the Metrology quality and measurement analysis team. role includes conducting measurment analysis alongside qualified measurement analysts to aid in problem solving activiteas and quality checks.

Across the duration of my apprenticeship i have learned many new skills. I have been wokring on the completion of a Foundation Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

The programme is very enjoyable with lots of opportunity to learn and develop as a young worker.

I feel very valued by BMW group, as they have provided me with so much opportunity for learning developing and growing as a young worker.

The apprenticeship programme is well structured, with 1 years worth of basic engineering training in electrical fitting, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, hand fitting, machinince and other skills. after completing the first year, i have since been working in actual job placments alongside various engineers in different departments.

My training provider is highly supportive, with my best interest constanly at heart. They provide guidance when needed and ensure that i am getting the best opportunities and training at all times.

My employer supports me at all times, ensuring i am safe and well. They provide excellent guidance and assistance to ensure that i get the best opportunities and the most out of my apprenticeship

My salary package is very good and competative. I am able to cover living costs, travel, social, and dailys costs comfortably with enough to ensure that i upkeep my savings.

The business provide various opportunites outside of work. a multitude of leisure and gym providers give discounts to employees of the business, with various other discounts being available for otherr things such as phone contract providers.
