  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role within lloyds is a customer service assistant, which involves day to day serving of customers on the counter and at the help desk. As a CSA we use a variety of channels to serve our customers, from machines to Ipads. As part of my role I also complete an apprenticeship, and have 20 hours a week to complete this. My apprenticeship is a level 2 NVQ in banking/finances, and is based around my CSA role at lloyds.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt a lot in terms of customer service. I have learnt how to take ownership of problems and resolve them myself, as well as problem solvving to turn negatives into a more positive outcome. My role and apprenticeship have majoring developed my existing confidence, and helped me to work well as a team and individually. My time organisation has also benefitted from this role and my NVQ.
