  • i think my programme has been structured well as the first work book i have to complete has been mostly about my working conditions etc and there have not been any questions too far advanced compared to what i am learning just now

  • My trainer has emailed me to make sure i am getting on ok and to let me kno when she will be in the branch to visit.
