  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I am a BT field engineer and everyday is different. I often work on customer faults including faults with their landlines and broadband. I am always working with a lot of different people and learning all aspects of the business which is great. During my apprenticeship I have a lot of responsibilities but they are all monitored by someone so that I always know what I am doing. Each day I have different jobs all around my patch so I am always driving round in my van to a lot of different places which I particularly enjoy. Overall I love my apprenticeship a lot and cant wait to carry on with it.
