1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am an Assistant Manager at Deloitte working in the Audit segment. My daily role includes managing a team, engaging with clients and delivering excellent work. I work on some of the biggest companies in the world and play a key role in performing our work to the client.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I am studying my ACA qualification and will be a fully qualified chartered accountant at 21 years old in December 2018. I have learnt skills in leadership, management and public speaking.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am always working with new teams so constantly meeting people through out the firm. There are also a range of sports and social activities available.

The scheme is very well structured. We have lots of support and guidance.

6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?

For the ACA qualification we received extensive paid for college tuition. We also have a coach at work who is there for constant support.
