  • Extremely valued. Siemens have invested a lot of money on which they will not reap the rewards if In the immediate because as an apprentice I only have limited skills which do not benefit the company right now. Also Siemens ensure that I have everything I need so I can focus on my role and give me the best opportunity to be a successful apprentice l.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • The salary is good and it improves based on meeting targets. The salary only just meet my cost and times it doesn’t. I believe the salary should be more as living in London can be costly and some apprentices have dependents and a lot of financial obligations.
