    • Achieving qualifications: HNC Electrical and Electronics and PEO Level 2 at Trafford college. Work based learning during the college holidays.

    • I really enjoy both work and college as I am learning a lot of skills.

    • My team, HR and management make me feel very valued.

    • Both training an learning is very balanced within the apprenticeship.

    • Tutor's and the management are very supportive in our learning.

    • All of my team are very supportive in my learning, inside and outside of the work based environment.

    • It covers it pretty well but my travel cost vary as I have to travel to two different locations.

    • I'd like to maybe visit more sites to do with my job.
