  • Best decision of my life, with the responsibility and varying roles you get involved s, it really makes the company your oyster and you can go down any career path you want. The programme is ran really well by the heads of the scheme with great visibility given to all students on the latest topics. I was worried about joining such a large company -but when I did - you get to know how everyone is willing to help each other out and I couldn't imagine working for a small company as the atmosphere within this company is second to none.
