  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The program itself which is ran by QA is very unorganized and this has caused many issues for me as an apprentice. i have been told around 4 different months in which my apprenticeship will end and the training courses were poorly planned often without internet connection for an IT apprenticeship. meetings with the mentor are basically pointless as the information we receive from them we already know and the meetings end up being more so a rant from apprentices than getting any useful information from the mentor. We had to inform our mentor that we had exams to complete instead of her telling us.

  • The salary package that we receive is very good and is much higher than the average apprenticeship, however i live a very expensive lifestyle and travel costs eat into a large amount of my wages each month, however it is more than enough to live off of.

  • Yes

  • I would recommend atos to a friend because the work environment is great and the salary is fantastic, there are many opportunities to further your career and managers are all approachable and easy to talk to. The daily work is very rewarding and there are many opportunities to learn new things .

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Atos?
  • I would have liked to have been told to start my security clearance ASAP because it took around 6 months to complete and in that time i was unable to do many of my daily tasks.
