Day to day tasks involve getting involved in the PMO side of the company, helping with invoicing, calculating resource demand and tracking Sold R&D.
I've learnt lots of skills for Microsoft Project, Excel and also have gained lots of experience about meeting and time management along with running meetings and organizing them. My maths skills have improved a lot since joining this apprenticeship as well.
It's a great programme that I enjoy a lot, at first the training part of the course was poorly run but that wasn't anything that my Host Company nor my employer could do. However, now my training is going a lot better and I'm on my way towards an exam at the end of the year to get a qualification.
Very valued, I feel that I've become a key member of the team and that my colleagues value my opinions as well as accounting for my lack of experience.
Very well structured, I know where my courses are, the dates for my courses, the time I'm allowed to work on my training at work, and also whilst doing this I'm picking up key skills for the role I'm currently doing.
I receive an okay amount of support, I'd say that the support I've had could be improved as I'm not too confident about the upcoming exam.
My employer gives me as much support as they can. However, sometimes the course strays away from information that my employer can provide me with.
My salary covers my costs enough, however I had a paycut during my time which I hadn't originally budgeted for.
I'm not quite sure on this question. If by opportunities, the question means sport and leisure, then 3M is perfect for it as there are lots of opportunities to do leisure outside of work.
Yes
It's a great company full of nice people, who will make you feel welcome.
Just to be friendly and be confident.
