It gives me great exposure to the world of IT.
I feel very valued in my team and I do not feel like there is any separation being myself as an apprentice and 3Mers.
The structure does let the course down a little as I have had to wait on people alot.
A fair amount.
A fair amount.
My salary has been raised 3 times within my first year which has benefited me alot.
Within 3M itself there are many opportunities such as social events and more. But with the course there aren't too many.
Yes
They are a great employer and take care of their employees needs. They are very flexible but also make sure everyone is on task to achieve their best at all time. Also, to work within a global company such as 3M is great exposure to the world of work no matter what sector you work in.
Make sure you be yourself. Be socialable as you will learn so much more even if you feel silly when asking questions. Make sure you stay on task but make work fun.
