  • I've learned how to listen and organise myself better, how to work in a team and how to work software.

  • I love my job and the people I get to work with everyday, I really enjoy coming to work.

  • Very much from other apprentices and my Mentor/Manager.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The induction and training was organised/structured very well, each department is very different in the way they organise and construct, it's all about how we cooperate and get involved.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • We have catch ups frequently with our line manager which is a massive help.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • It depends on which department you are in and how it works, I have received mostly great support from my employees.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • Very well, I'm just a lot for travel as I live 30 miles from my work. I either drive or drive to a station and get two trains.

  • It is an amazing company full of opportunity - very lucky to be on the apprenticeship scheme.
