Undertake different tasks everyday - each day is different and I always expect the unexpected
I've learned how to listen and organise myself better, how to work in a team and how to work software.
I love my job and the people I get to work with everyday, I really enjoy coming to work.
Very much from other apprentices and my Mentor/Manager.
The induction and training was organised/structured very well, each department is very different in the way they organise and construct, it's all about how we cooperate and get involved.
We have catch ups frequently with our line manager which is a massive help.
It depends on which department you are in and how it works, I have received mostly great support from my employees.
Very well, I'm just a lot for travel as I live 30 miles from my work. I either drive or drive to a station and get two trains.

It is an amazing company full of opportunity - very lucky to be on the apprenticeship scheme.
Be yourself.
