1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Working within the audit department, going to many different clients and auditing their accounts. This involves testing balances on the financial statements.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I am currently training to become a chartered accountant by the end of the programme under the ACA qualification. There are many training programmes aimed at developing your professional skills.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The company holds a great group of people who are always enjoyable to work with, and the variety of work means it is always interesting.

4. How valued do you feel by Deloitte?

Treated exactly the same as graduate with regular feedback from managers to develop your progress towards your own objectives.

5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

There is an induction with all other members of the program, and on-going training/support throughout the programme.

Plenty, we are always able to contact our tutors if necessary with queries.

Constant meetings with our appraisers to check our progress

7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?

It covers all of my expenses with some left to save as well.

8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?

There are constant events going on at the company involving sport and other hobbies that people may share. There is the annual Deloitte day where the company goes out into the local community and helps charities etc.

Yes
