Depends by project and team, but it can vary from preparing deliverables such as reports, to researching the client, to assisting in the tax compliance process for globally mobile assignees

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Working at Deloitte has really helped me develop my personal skills, both working with others and interacting with clients in a professional manner. I'm now far more adept at articulating the salient points of a given situation, and have also grown far more confident with my skills on a computer

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy the programme, although I haven't had to juggle my work at the office with studying for the exams!

4. How valued do you feel by Deloitte?

Deloitte have always taken the extra step to recognise my contributions, and I really feel as though I am part of the team at the firm, even if I do have such relative inexperience in the field

5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

The scheme is still developing, so it is not as well organised as the graduate programme, but it has still been sufficient is as far as that I know what I need to do on a day-to-day basis and what I will need to do in the future

I haven't started studying for my exams...yet!

Deloitte have always been supportive from the moment I joined; from assigning me a buddy to helping me select a performance manager, I always know who I can go to with any problems or questions and people at all levels of the firm are always approachable if necessary

7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?

Deloitte provided me with a loan to help me meet the costs of my yearly season ticket to travel into the office

Deloitte are involved in charitable work, and there are many social clubs (sports etc.)

Yes

Prepare for the initial tests, be yourself in the interviews and always make yourself available for work when you start
