Servicing lifts and responding to call outs with another engineer
I have learned loads of new skills that I never dreamed I would learn
I enjoy going to my work every day because I know each day will be different
Stannah always put their employees first, if I need any help during my apprenticeship or even my personal life there is always someone willing to listen and help
Could be better structured, especially the college vs work balanace
If I ever need help there’s always someone there to help
Always on the lookout making sure I have time to complete all my training
Salary for apprenticeships is more than minimum wage
I’ve seen new places in my job role and there are opportunities to help out at other branches
