My Line Manager [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] was very supportive of me during my time with his team however I feel that the academy could have been way more supportive.
I think it was very poorly organised and structured. I barely knew what happening most of the time. Poor Communication from the academy.
Not much really. My first tutor was very unhelpful but my second one was much better.
A lot from my Line Manager at Radio 1
