Senior Associate Responsible for testing balances on the balance sheet & income statement. Manage lower grades.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The people are probably the best part of my job. The companies culture works well, there could be a little more recognition however.

4. How valued do you feel by Deloitte?

Field managers are mostly very recognising of the effort and work you put it, it would be nice for this to be discussed outside of the team too.

5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Induction and training are structured, however as this is a relatively new scheme, there is not much clarity around how the whole 5 year training course pans out.

6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?

We have a lot of support systems, including mentors, buddys and appraisers.

As above.

7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?

Expenses are paid well, however I think the salary is a little on the low side and is not relative to the hours worked.

8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?

There are so many opportunities outside of work from sporting events to random hobbies, if there is nothing available, it is also fairly easy to get a new social going.

Yes

Reputable company, good experience, exposure and opportunities.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Deloitte?

Don't underestimate the exams and the level of self discipline required.
