Pharmacy advisor Review

I am an apprentice pharmacy advisor, this involves working on the health care counter and giving advice to customers, and dispensing prescriptions

I have learnt how to leave, assemble/ process and prescription and following the SOPs, I've also gained confidence, great communication skills, and team work

It is an amazing programme and I am enjoying every bit of it, it is super interesting and engaging and I learn something new everyday and have made many achievements during my short time at boots

Boots is a wonderful place to work, my team are super supportive and we all value each other and work well together on a day to day basis, I feel valued everyday and I enjoy the achievements and encourage I have within my role

The programme is fairly well structured and the modules are really interesting and have helped me to gain the majority of my knowledge and skills

My Assessor is fairly supportive and we all get alone with him really well, communication isn't always as good as it could be but non the less it works

My manager is really supportive and often checks in with me to make sure I am okay, and if there is anything he can do, he gives me targets and encourages me to do well and is really motivating, brilliant manager, really values his staff

Boots is a fabulous store and the staff really value their customers and meet their customers needs holistically

Boots is a brilliant place to work and you will go far as their is lots of progression routes with boots and lots of opportunities within your role
