    • I feel as important as every other member of staff and feel as though I am part of the team

    • The programme is very well organised by head office however could be more organised in store

    • I receive a lot of support from the apprenticeship team and my assessor

    • I didnt received much support to begin with however this has improved a lot recently

    • I am paid well above the apprenticeship minimum wage
